Email Marketing Manager

• Conceptualize, execute and analyze email campaigns (newsletters, trigger/transactional emails, promotions, etc.)
• Further develop automated customer journeys across the funnel (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, re‑engagement)
• Own performance KPIs such as open rates, clicks, conversions and unsubscribes
• Develop segmentation strategies for targeted, personalized campaigns
• Work closely with Content, Design and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows and to gradually implement strategic and operational CRM initiatives

• Responsible for budget and revenue planning and control for the email marketing channel to ensure efficient use of resources

• Development and implementation of procurement strategies for tabletop and porcelain
• Analysis and evaluation of international sourcing markets

• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure product availability

• Operate printing machines in the finishing/decoration department
• Perform machine set-ups according to drawing specifications (screen and pad printing machines)
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks
• Prepare stencils/templates for screen printing
• Assist with production workflows
• Support production preparation and planning
• Identify defects and perform glass gauging (measuring/calibrating glassware)

• Inspect manufactured glass products for compliance with specified quality criteria
• Define quality requirements
• Execute complaint handling, conduct employee briefings/training and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) procedures
• Prepare measurement and inspection reports
• Conduct and document audits in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001
• Document defects using a defect logging system
• Report production disruptions and assist in their resolution
