About the role

  • Support and development of existing customer and partner structures in Austria and Switzerland in the Zwiesel Fortessa Professional segment
  • Proactive management, training and motivation of our specialist retail partners on site
  • Strategic expansion of market share for our glass brands and gradual roll-out of the Fortessa ranges (cutlery, porcelain, accessories)
  • Active account management and acquisition in top-tier hotels and gastronomy in close cooperation with our dealers, including support for vintners
  • Comprehensive consulting for new openings or tabletop reconfigurations, including direct project support
  • Market reporting combined with proactive development of measures to achieve country KPIs
  • Participation in industry trade fairs and networking events

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a background in hospitality/restaurant management (e.g., business administration, tourism management, hotel management school)
  • Several years of field sales experience, preferably with managing dealer networks in the premium tabletop sector or with suppliers in the HoReCa segment
  • Business-fluent German and English; French skills advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM systems
  • A strong affinity for tableware and dining culture
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility
  • Class B driving license (car)
  • High willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
  • Structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Resident in Austria, Switzerland or the German tri-border area
