Designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings while meeting business objectives and customer needs.
Evaluate the entire product life cycle, align logistics with global business goals, and develop strategic operating plans for optimal supply chain flow.
Redesign the movement of goods to maximize value and minimize costs for ZURU and its customers.
Lead the development and onboarding of 3PLs in strategic locations across North America and oversee 3PLs, review proposals, develop KPIs, and establish specifications for performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Cultivate relationships with customers focusing on inbound and outbound logistics, perform regular performance reviews, mitigate OTIF fines, and manage customer replenishment programs in coordination with 3PLs and inventory controllers.
Oversee availability and allocation of materials, components, and finished products to support internal sales teams and external customers, including maintenance planning and lifecycle cost analysis.
Analyze logistics performance, research and implement new technologies and best practices, and develop technical project management tools and SOPs.
Develop procedures for coordinating supply chain management with other functional areas and direct team activities, mentor and train team members.
Communicate logistical solutions to stakeholders, analyze information and choose best solutions, utilize data analytics to evaluate supplier performance metrics and provide insights, analyze inventory levels to optimize turnover and reduce waste, and design and implement supply chains supporting business strategies and risk mitigation.
Requirements
At least four (4) years of experience as a supply chain manager or director is required.
