Track BOXDMG inventory and assist in executing rework activities to restore inventory to shippable condition.
Monitor rework status and report progress to HQ; collaborate with DC teams to ensure damaged/reworked products meet customer and HQ standards.
Manage inventory accuracy across all company warehouses; issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) using GERP and inventory management systems.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies through audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories (PI).
Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory and rework; communicate with HQ, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
Frequent presence required at NJ2 warehouse and Englewood Cliffs HQ; travel (~20%) to U.S. warehouse sites for operational support.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required.
2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with inventory systems (GERP, WMS, TMS) preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Preferred: Experience with box damage or rework processes.
Required: Willingness to travel domestically for warehouse operational support.
