About the role

  • Track BOXDMG inventory and assist in executing rework activities to restore inventory to shippable condition.
  • Monitor rework status and report progress to HQ; collaborate with DC teams to ensure damaged/reworked products meet customer and HQ standards.
  • Manage inventory accuracy across all company warehouses; issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) using GERP and inventory management systems.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies through audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories (PI).
  • Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory and rework; communicate with HQ, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
  • Frequent presence required at NJ2 warehouse and Englewood Cliffs HQ; travel (~20%) to U.S. warehouse sites for operational support.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems (GERP, WMS, TMS) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with box damage or rework processes.
  • Required: Willingness to travel domestically for warehouse operational support.
