Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in transportation sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the LTL industry
- Proven sales skills especially in carrier or 3PL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with transportation and customer management systems.
