About the role
- Manage the intake, triage, and resolution of employee relations cases
- Provide day-to-day ER advisory support to HR Business Partners and leaders
- Prepare clear, defensible ER documentation
- Track legal, regulatory, and policy updates
- Lead the effort to source and implement an ER tracking tool
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in employee relations or related HR discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues and investigations
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and ER best practices
- Strong data and analytics capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
