About the role
- Assists other team members so that team objectives are achieved daily
- Carries out non routine duties as required by the Support Manager
- Provides expert technical support and advice to the team and the Support Manager
- To take ownership and responsibility for resolving technical issues for the team
- Has recognized expertise and authority for a given business process and acts as stakeholder for the team
- Provides coaching and training for the team ensuring knowledge shared appropriately
- Assists the Support Manager in driving performance of the team
- Provides administrative support to other aspects of engineering as directed by Support Manager
