About the role

  • Assists other team members so that team objectives are achieved daily
  • Carries out non routine duties as required by the Support Manager
  • Provides expert technical support and advice to the team and the Support Manager
  • To take ownership and responsibility for resolving technical issues for the team
  • Has recognized expertise and authority for a given business process and acts as stakeholder for the team
  • Provides coaching and training for the team ensuring knowledge shared appropriately
  • Assists the Support Manager in driving performance of the team
  • Provides administrative support to other aspects of engineering as directed by Support Manager
