About the role
- Work closely with the EVP, Head of Underwriting
- Collaborate with the Reinsurance Group and analytics colleagues
- Support treaty premium planning and analysis
- Oversee treaty contract compliance
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in reinsurance underwriting or broking
- Strong understanding of OSFI expectations (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
