About the role
- Responsible for the resolution of customer billing inquiries, received by incoming calls and e-mails
- Partner internally to find the answer to the customers billing questions
- Communicate resolution to customer
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in the Account Management area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Account Management area
- Billing experience
- Robust experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce
