About the role

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure team and business objectives are met.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
  • Handling telephone and electronic enquiries from customers and accurately inputting details into our underwriting and support systems.
  • Supporting the wider ZPC team with non-routine tasks where required.
  • Sharing knowledge across the team by providing coaching and training to colleagues.
