About the role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure team and business objectives are met.
- Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
- Handling telephone and electronic enquiries from customers and accurately inputting details into our underwriting and support systems.
- Supporting the wider ZPC team with non-routine tasks where required.
- Sharing knowledge across the team by providing coaching and training to colleagues.
