About the role
- Engage with internal business partners and external customers through various communication channels
- Process billing for Enterprise Rental Car (ERAC) reservations using the ARMS system
- Prepare and send cancellation letters for Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) coverage
- Sort and route incoming GAP mail to appropriate claims teams
- Monitor and manage the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Outstanding Report
- Assist with various administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college ready by Harper Community College Admissions
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities and/or significant voluntary community service
- Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry
- Ability to balance multiple priorities between work and school deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
