About the role
- Report to Director, Partner Sales as Senior Partner Business Manager on EMEA team based in Finland
- Align with account teams and technical resources to identify customer accounts for partner development
- Collaborate with partners to drive go-to-market success plans and engagement strategies
- Support co-sell opportunities with region-specific partners
- Engage technical and field enablement resources to support sales teams and partners
- Identify and qualify partner prospects that align with business goals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in channel sales within a SaaS-based software company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage complex deals and sales processes
- Strong expertise in business/territory planning and sales strategy alignment
- Strong record of exceeding or meeting sales targets through partner development (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership that fosters collaboration, accountability, and teamwork (preferred)
