About the role
- Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
- Designing and evaluating statistically rigorous experiments
- Performing new analyses daily to guide product strategy
- Defining metrics for product performance and user experience
- Owning analytics domain and identifying opportunities
- Experimenting with LLM-enabled analytics and new tools
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in an analytical role
- strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python
- comfortable getting stuck into large datasets
- prioritise for impact in a fast-paced environment
- thrive in an environment with unstructured, open-ended problems
- communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- self-starter with a bias to action
- nice to have: experience with A/B tests, causal analyses, and visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
