About the role
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles (tech and non-tech)
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move fast
- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates
- Managing multiple roles at once and shifting priorities as the business evolves
- Keeping candidates engaged and ensuring a great experience throughout
- Supporting with offers, onboarding and general hiring process improvements where needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
- Background recruiting within tech companies (engineering, product, data, commercial, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confident, pragmatic, and collaborative
- Someone who’s happy to roll their sleeves up and just get on with it
