  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles (tech and non-tech)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
  • Background recruiting within tech companies (engineering, product, data, commercial, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in a paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident, pragmatic, and collaborative
  • Someone who’s happy to roll their sleeves up and just get on with it
