About the role
- Design and prototype interactive, AI-enhanced user experiences across ZoomInfo’s product ecosystem.
- Use Figma and traditional design tools to create elegant, production-ready assets for the design system.
- Build and test prototypes with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.).
- Explore and integrate LLM-powered interaction patterns into user workflows.
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools (like Cline, Claude Code, V0, Lovable) as part of everyday prototyping.
- Contribute to design system components, bridging visuals and coded implementations.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience with frontend coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar).
- Strong understanding of interaction design, prototyping, and usability principles.
- Regular use of AI-driven prototyping tools (Claude Code, V0, Lovable, or similar).
- Curiosity about and comfort with designing for language-model-powered experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating design craft and technical implementation.
- Preferred: Experience designing LLM-powered or agentic user interfaces.
- Preferred: Comfort discussing AI UI paradigms and experimentation approaches.
- Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization or workflow design.
- Preferred: Experience with APIs, data integrations, or rapid prototyping environments.
- Preferred: Knowledge of design systems and coded component libraries.
- Preferred: Experience with motion design.
