- Role: Frontend Designer who began as a designer and transitioned into frontend development, working autonomously from high-level references to create outstanding user interfaces.
- Responsibilities: Design and implement exceptional interfaces using Figma and AI design tools; develop production-ready code with Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS; create scalable, component-based UIs using structured design systems (NextUI, HeroUI); translate strategic requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and collaborate with product teams while maintaining design autonomy.
Requirements
- Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise; must have started as a UI/UX designer before transitioning into frontend development.
- Autonomous design excellence: ability to create complete interfaces from high-level references with exceptional attention to detail.
- Frontend and AI tool proficiency: 2+ years of experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern AI design tools (hero.ui.chat, v0.dev, same.new).
- Independent problem-solving experience building and maintaining scalable component architectures and resolving design and technical challenges autonomously.
- Nice to have: Experience with design systems and component-based architecture; background in D2C product development or performance marketing; experience optimizing accessibility and usability.
