About the role
- Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to ZOLL's profitability
- Cover assigned territory promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) markets
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short-term and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven track record of high-performance sales achievements, ideally in a similar territory management role
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software (salesforce) and other sales tools
