About the role
- In client workshops, analyze customer challenges and translate them into qualified user stories
- Manage agile, international projects and plan the development roadmap with clients
- Enrich existing topics and introduce new perspectives as an active team member
- Bring structure to complex contexts and processes, define priorities, and present prioritization decisions
- Prepare work results in an understandable, structured, and reliable manner using target-group-oriented storytelling
- Actively manage stakeholders and communicate continuously with clients and internal teams
- Conduct workshops and meetings remotely with international teams
Requirements
- A completed university/technical college degree in a STEM subject, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience working in multiple IT projects using agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
- Good knowledge of requirements gathering, requirements workshops, interviews, research
- Team player, high degree of personal responsibility, ability to stay calm under pressure
- Analytical and structured work practice
- Experience working remotely with international teams and conducting workshops and meetings
- Empathy, strong communication skills, confidence, and clarity
- Very good written English skills
