Account Executive

• Identify, target, and win new business opportunities regarding Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based projects.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
• Develop strong relationships with executive stakeholders, marketing leaders, business unit leaders, and technology decision-makers.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover client goals, challenges, and opportunities for immersive experiences.
• Translate complex technical and creative capabilities into clear business outcomes and compelling value propositions.
• Partner with strategy, creative, design, and delivery teams to shape client solutions and proposals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including qualification, solution positioning, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market messaging, campaign focus, and target industries.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving immersive technology strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account activity within CRM.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, presentations, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales, Director of Marketing & Sales Strategy, Director of Vaezr Services, Resource Managers, and team of Technical Experts.

Account Executive, Immersive Technology – XR/AI

• Maintain a primary focus on the strategic partnerships with Adobe and Zendesk, while also engaging with other key partners, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Act as the central bridge between active clients, strategic partner representatives, and our internal delivery teams to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
• Drive long-term customer lifetime value (LTV) and accelerate co-sell pipeline velocity.
• Manage incoming warm leads from partners, handle account mapping, target uncontacted partner account lists, and work side-by-side with partner reps to successfully advance and close co-sell motions.
• Execute a minimum of 2 strategic check-ins and 2 tactical/opportunity-focused syncs with Adobe and Zendesk partner teams each month.
• Own, schedule, and execute the Quarterly Check-In (QCI) process for 100% of active clients within the RevOps division.
• Drive qualified outreach loops to land at least 1 brokered meeting per month between an existing client and a Zirous division lead.
• Identify, research, and qualify existing client accounts for expansion into other Zirous divisions and facilitate brokered introductions to internal division leads to drive cross-sell opportunities.
