About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles
- Utilize direct sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for hiring teams and a seamless experience for candidates
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Support additional projects as needed
Requirements
- Based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area, with the ability to work from one of our offices on occasion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, ideally within the tech industry
- Proven ability to hire for GTM roles ranging from entry level to senior manager positions
- Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of diverse requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Greenhouse and GoodTime
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently while building strong relationships
- Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
