About the role

  • Research, design, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve product functionality.
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance for training AI models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, algorithms, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data storage systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
