About the role

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account growth and development.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients while also identifying and converting potential new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to effectively position Zipwater solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the beverage or food service industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans that drive account growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a good understanding of GDPR compliance.
  • A proactive attitude towards prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
