About the role
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account growth and development.
- Manage relationships with existing clients while also identifying and converting potential new accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to effectively position Zipwater solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the beverage or food service industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans that drive account growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a good understanding of GDPR compliance.
- A proactive attitude towards prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
