About the role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling team correspondence.
  • Help maintain our HR system (BambooHR) by keeping employee information accurate and up to date.
  • Support onboarding for new hires and assist with offboarding tasks for departing employees.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and offer letters.
  • Assist with preparing simple reports and team presentations.
  • Help plan and coordinate employee events, engagement activities, and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative, HR, or any other office support role
  • Positive, approachable, and team-oriented with a passion for supporting people and culture initiatives.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn systems quickly
