Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling team correspondence.
Help maintain our HR system (BambooHR) by keeping employee information accurate and up to date.
Support onboarding for new hires and assist with offboarding tasks for departing employees.
Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and offer letters.
Assist with preparing simple reports and team presentations.
Help plan and coordinate employee events, engagement activities, and recognition programs.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in an administrative, HR, or any other office support role
Positive, approachable, and team-oriented with a passion for supporting people and culture initiatives.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn systems quickly
