Contribute into the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Work with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluate product performance and transition products from development to commercialization
Gain a deep understanding of existing systems and customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience
Act as a technical consultant to the product organization and lead research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products
Identify and document requirements for new products, features, and processes through market research, technical documentation review, and communication with sales, implementation, and customer success teams
Support development and/or review of internal and external product reference materials and coordinate customer-specific rollout
Translate product/platform strategy by writing detailed feature and user stories consumable for Dev teams
Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap
Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements
Manage product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development
Support Sales team in pre-sales initiatives to help close the sales
Support Marketing team in content creation and market positioning
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business/Systems Analyst, or like role
Bachelor’s or equivalent in technology or related field
Handles issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
