Product Manager

WHO YOU ARE: The Senior Product Manager, manages research and development activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products. The Product Manager uses their proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product - from conception through release. This individual will confidently lead cross-functional teams to ensure sound business solutions are formed and implemented with quality. The individual will work with Zinnia’s Product Organization to ensure alignment with organization’s strategy and vision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Drive or contribute into the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Completing research and providing analysis as needed to support Management in decision making
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
Gain a deep understanding of existing systems, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization
Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
Facilitating business needs and priority identification
Assist in Developing and executing proposed business and technical solutions
Assist in the research and investigation of escalated production issues and engage teams for resolution
Track incidents through completion while providing regular updates to both internal and external customers
Document business impact, research and resolution steps and long-term preventative measures via incident reports

Senior Product Manager

Sales

• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry, such as CEOs, Chief Distribution Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Financial Officers
• Own your sales territory, identify prospects and convert those targets to new clients in order to maintain a healthy pipeline
• Work in concert with sales operations, solution consulting, marketing, and other stakeholders across the company to drive and advance the generation of revenue to exceed Company targets
• Be willing to travel 50% of the time to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry events

Sales Director

Client Services Representative

• The Client Support Lead will provide support and advice to the Client Operations Analyst, Service Managers and Operational Leads on systems issues in both production support and development of new processes/support.
• CTL’s will report escalated Operational and Production incident items directly to the External client; and provide assistance to our Internal teams in the mitigation and resolution of issues.
• Client Support Leads are liaisons between Information Technology, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance and External clients on production incidents and are responsible for facilitating the flow of information between departments.
• WHAT YOU’LL DO: Take ownership of clients’ issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolutions. Take lead in mentoring teammates to ensure constant improvement. Develop best practices, standards, and policies for the team. Completing research and providing analysis as needed to support Management in decision making. Drive resolution of production issues. • WHO YOU ARE: As a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) at Zinnia, you will design and structure solutions for prospective and existing Insurance Platform clients. In this highly impactful role, you'll own the Solution Architecture from day one, shaping & building the function from the ground up. You’ll partner with Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Product teams to architect winning proposals that align with client needs, Zinnia’s product capabilities, and delivery best practices. Your work will be instrumental in shaping strategic deals that drive growth and create long-term client success.
• WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead the solution design process for new client opportunities, product expansions, and strategic renewals. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solution blueprints. Facilitate detailed product demonstrations and guide clients through functional and technical solution discussions. Scope required configurations, integrations, services, and delivery plans to support each opportunity. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Pricing teams to develop pricing proposals, estimate delivery timelines, and structure commercial terms. Prepare tailored sales materials, leveraging product documentation and release notes. Identify and mitigate risks in solution design, ensuring executable and scalable delivery models. Work closely with Client Success and Implementation teams to transition finalized solutions into deployment phases. Support strategic account pursuits, multi-tower RFPs, and complex enterprise sales cycles.

Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $125,000-$155,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location.
