Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for existing employees and external candidates
Support Talent Acquisition team on promotions, transfers, and conversions
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across approved platforms
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and strategies
Maintain records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide comprehensive reviews
Facilitate candidate feedback sessions with Hiring Managers
Monitor and respond to recruitment inbox inquiries
Support ATS administration, updates, and data integrity initiatives
Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using advanced Excel functions
Leverage professional networks for talent sourcing initiatives

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in internal opportunities or talent management
Experience using professional social networking platforms, particularly sourcing through LinkedIn
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Experience with an ATS, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is an asset
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proactive mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional service
Understanding HR functions and experience working with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
