About the role
- Lead the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned portfolio
- Conduct thorough screening to confirm candidates’ competencies
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
- Develop effective sourcing strategies
- Keep detailed records and provide reviews to Hiring Managers
- Partner with HR team to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 6+ years full-cycle in-house or a mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience for mid-to-senior level roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
- Strong computer skills including MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
