About the role

  • Act as trusted advisor to CSM segment/channel leaders, providing insights, recommendations, and operational support to help them exceed performance targets
  • Own WBR cadence for your aligned segments, driving pipeline management, performance tracking, and forecasting accuracy. Identify gaps, surface opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with Sales and CSM leadership to design and implement CSM plays that drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth
  • Identify process inefficiencies, workflow bottlenecks, and productivity barriers. Design solutions and lead cross-functional implementation of operational enhancements that improve sales effectiveness
  • Build performance insights conduct deep-dive analyses, and deliver strategic insights on CSM metrics, activation, usage, productivity benchmarks, and leading indicators
  • Provide analytical input and scenario modeling for territory design, headcount planning, and resource allocation decisions
  • Collaborate with GTM Strategy, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and seamless execution
  • Analyze performance trends, diagnose root causes of gaps, and develop data-backed recommendations to improve CSM productivity and product adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, CSM Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within Enterprise Software or Technology. Consulting background strongly preferred (strategy consulting experience at top-tier firms is a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL for deep-dive analysis; strong experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and sales analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leaders, facilitate productive business discussions, and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
