About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with ASA go-to-market priorities
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change management initiatives
- Provide coaching and thought partnership to leaders on leadership skills, team dynamics, and employee engagement
- Influence business leaders and drive effective decision making through use of data and analytics
- Drive effective performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and career development
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues with sound judgment, discretion, and compliance with policy and law
- Oversee leave of absence processes, accommodations, and return-to-work planning
- Support talent review, succession planning, and career pathing efforts
- Guide leaders through organizational changes with a focus on communication, clarity, and employee experience
- Partner with internal communications teams to ensure timely and effective messaging to employees
- Promote inclusion, belonging, and a high-performance culture across teams
- Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive, equitable, and supportive workplace
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback and workforce data to inform HR strategies
- Champion programs that enhance employee well-being, recognition, and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of HR-related experience
- Experience in go-to-market and sales organizations
- Proven ability to support international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective communication across diverse regions
- Hands-on experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including implementation, management, and optimization
- Experience with HCM systems (Workday) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices
- Leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume workflow with minimal oversight and changing priorities
- High level of confidentiality
