About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with ASA go-to-market priorities
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change management initiatives
  • Provide coaching and thought partnership to leaders on leadership skills, team dynamics, and employee engagement
  • Influence business leaders and drive effective decision making through use of data and analytics
  • Drive effective performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and career development
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues with sound judgment, discretion, and compliance with policy and law
  • Oversee leave of absence processes, accommodations, and return-to-work planning
  • Support talent review, succession planning, and career pathing efforts
  • Guide leaders through organizational changes with a focus on communication, clarity, and employee experience
  • Partner with internal communications teams to ensure timely and effective messaging to employees
  • Promote inclusion, belonging, and a high-performance culture across teams
  • Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive, equitable, and supportive workplace
  • Monitor and analyze employee feedback and workforce data to inform HR strategies
  • Champion programs that enhance employee well-being, recognition, and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of HR-related experience
  • Experience in go-to-market and sales organizations
  • Proven ability to support international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective communication across diverse regions
  • Hands-on experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including implementation, management, and optimization
  • Experience with HCM systems (Workday) preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices
  • Leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume workflow with minimal oversight and changing priorities
  • High level of confidentiality
