About the role
- Set up and maintain monday.com boards for launches, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Automate approvals, deadlines, and task handoffs to streamline execution.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Creative teams to translate feature updates into structured launch plans and campaigns.
- Ensure everything's aligned, tracked, and on time.
- Drive readiness for Flash Deals, Drops, and go-to-market efforts - tracking assets, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth and impactful launches.
- Build dashboards and reports that highlight campaign performance, asset status, and team capacity.
- Help track goals, flag blockers, and celebrate wins.
- Support creation of marketing collateral, product one-pagers, and campaign briefs - helping refine positioning and ensure consistent messaging.
- Regularly audit boards and workflows to keep data clean, tools efficient, and processes aligned with team goals.
- Test new monday.com features, document workflows, and share tips to improve how the marketing org collaborates and scales.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, operations, or campaign/project management with a strong track record of owning timelines, approvals, and cross-functional execution.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as monday.com, Asana, Trello, Salesforce, or other CRM systems — bonus points for experience with automations or workflow integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Creative, and Operations teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Skilled at translating complex product updates into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive execution.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, and content execution, including experience supporting launches, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns.
- Proficient in building dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and team bandwidth using tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or native reporting platforms.
- Passionate about refining workflows, improving collaboration, and documenting best practices to increase team efficiency.
- Experienced in testing and rolling out new tools or automation features to optimize marketing processes.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear internal briefs, product one-pagers, and campaign documentation that ensure consistency and alignment.
