About the role

  • Develop and refine compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to healthcare buyers
  • Translate complex healthcare solutions and services into clear, benefits-driven language
  • Ensure messaging aligns with industry trends, regulatory considerations, and buyer personas
  • Own and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, enhancements, or market expansions
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful GTM execution
  • Plan and manage cross-functional launch processes, timelines, and communications
  • Conduct market research to understand healthcare industry trends, customer needs, and pain points
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Share insights across product, sales, and executive teams to inform strategy and positioning
  • Create sales tools, collateral, pitch decks, and training materials that empower sales teams to effectively communicate product value

  • A track record of consistently delivering results against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
  • In-depth experience leading product marketing initiatives.
  • Expert-level proficiency in messaging and value prop creation.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience.
  • The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team with a willingness to travel to internal workshops location to be determined, as well as to team meetings and offsite vendor meetings, which could be up to 15%-20% of the time.
