- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Operations team
- Analyze, streamline, and automate workflows to increase revenue and enhance user experience
- Design and manage an Issue Management Program
- Partner with technology, product, and sales teams to build scalable tools and optimize end-to-end workflow processes
- Develop and manage a quarterly roadmap of operations projects aligned with company goals
- Create and maintain SOPs, enablement materials, and training
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and implement improvements
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 4 - 8+ years of leadership experience in business operations or related functions
- Proven ability to manage and develop small teams
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving business processes
- Proficient in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with business tools such as Salesforce, BI platforms, and workflow automation
- Detail-oriented with a passion for driving efficiency and continuous improvement
- Experience in real estate, rentals, or customer-centric operations is a plus
- Familiarity with product development, technology collaboration, and regulatory/compliance standards is preferred
