Requirements
- CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in building and operating production systems
- Shipped AI-powered or automation-driven solutions
- Understanding of agentic systems
- System design and architecture thinking
- Data access controls and responsible data handling
- Engaging with stakeholders in various corporate functions
- Clear, collaborative communication skills
- Preferred experience with corporate functions like Finance, HR, Marketing etc.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks and MCP server design
- Experience designing and evaluating AI outputs
