- Identify and prioritize impactful Growth opportunities
- Establish success metrics for Growth ML systems
- Manage and develop managers and senior ML engineers
- Champion cross-functional initiatives that grow user visitation
- Define a unified ML architecture for Growth
- Act as primary ML point of contact for Growth with executives
Requirements
- Deep expertise building and operating large-scale ML systems in production
- Demonstrated success driving Growth or adjacent problem spaces
- Proven track record of leading multiple ML teams or organizations
- Experience defining and executing multi-year technical strategies and roadmaps
- Strong product sense
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to building responsible, user-centric ML systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related field
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in people leadership roles
