About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Managers and Directors, advising on complex team dynamics and advanced HR strategies to cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture;
- Manage a team of People Consultants handling a variety of HR support requests and leveraging our expanded shared-services model;
- Drive cross-functional and stakeholder engagement to support business strategies and elevate organizational outcomes;
- Utilize data analytics and insights to diagnose systemic issues and design innovative, impactful solutions;
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, leadership alignment, and resolution of complex escalations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or HR consulting role.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated experience in driving talent management and strategic change management initiatives.
- Proficient in leveraging advanced HR analytics for strategic decision-making.
