About the role
- Serve as the primary analytical partner to the Marketing and Content teams
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports focused on core marketing KPIs
- Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses on marketing performance data
- Analyze user data to map end-to-end customer journeys
- Partner with the Marketing teams to define and prioritize A/B testing hypotheses
- Collaborate with the Marketing and BI teams to support marketing forecasting
- Monitor the competitive landscape
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Insights role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CPA, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, email metrics, and web analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools (Lookerstudio, Domo)
