About the role
- Manage regional delivery of IT services and ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Operate and administer onsite IT systems, including servers, storage, and local networks.
- Implement monitoring and capacity planning to meet business requirements.
- Lead local IT projects and coordinate external resources within budget and timelines.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues to maintain performance.
- Ensure compliance with backup, disaster recovery, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure components, virtualization, and workplace systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency, both oral and written; minimal travel required.
