About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Gather clear, actionable requirements from clients and translate business needs into concise briefs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with discipline to ensure quality and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across Creative Design, Content & Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Web Engineering, and Events.
  • Oversee campaign assets and marketing materials to ensure work is on-brand and tied to business objectives.
  • Track CSAT, hold regular check-ins, and share periodic performance and progress reports.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in account management, client servicing, or business partnership roles in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows is a plus.
