About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Gather clear, actionable requirements from clients and translate business needs into concise briefs.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with discipline to ensure quality and timelines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across Creative Design, Content & Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Web Engineering, and Events.
- Oversee campaign assets and marketing materials to ensure work is on-brand and tied to business objectives.
- Track CSAT, hold regular check-ins, and share periodic performance and progress reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in account management, client servicing, or business partnership roles in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with creative workflows is a plus.
