About the role
- Assist in the adoption, implementation, usage, and growth of Zeta Tachyon SaaS in the US market
- Client-facing role working closely with senior stakeholders within US banking organizations to modernize card payments and mobile banking
- Elucidate and document detailed client requirements, technical specifications and solutions
- Conduct in-depth solutioning workshops to understand clients' systems, applications, data models, and processes
- Coordinate with product and program managers across the Tachyon product platform to design feasible, optimal approaches
- Work with product teams to ensure comprehensiveness and correctness of delivered solutions
- Assist clients in adopting the Tachyon platform effectively, including integrations using APIs, Events, batch files, and data extracts
- Help debug client issues and provide technical problem solving support
Requirements
- Has completed a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Business/ Data Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field
- 5-8 years of experience working in a technical function
- Individual contributor with a bias for action and a rigorous attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial and first principles thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts on SaaS offering via cloud (AWS), APIs, pub-sub architecture, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt to new and ever-changing project demands
- Stakeholder management skills with experience dealing with multiple teams and delivering complex projects
