Design and launch multi-channel programs (content, email/nurture, webinars/events, partners/channel, and paid search/social acquisition) that turn interest into buys.
Set targets and forecast marketing-sourced pipeline; track MQL/MQA→SQL and opportunity conversion of both PLS and SLG, as well as significant direct PLG acquisition.
Regular collaboration on ABSM motions on segments, target lists, intent data, sequences, and marketing plays that open doors in key industries and named accounts.
Website & conversion: Improve landing pages and sign-ups; A/B test copy/CTAs/forms; raise visitor→lead and lead→trial/meeting conversions.
Build reports and dashboards across HubSpot (+ a rich layer of AI, enrichment, and internal tooling for analytics), including CAC/CPL, ROMI/ROAS, and more.
Maintain and improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs; ensure clean attribution and feedback loops, both directly and with other teams.
You'll partner closely and regularly with Marketing, Sales, Data Ops, and Product team members to hit strong growth goals.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS demand generation/growth, owning lead and conversion targets in partnership with other Marketing and Sales team members.
Hands-on with HubSpot and marketing automation, attribution/reporting, dashboards, experimentation, and A/B and multivariate testing.
A history of proven results supporting or running multi-channel programs that create direct sales, qualified conversions, and/or pipeline build.
ABSM experience (intent data, sequences, webinars, discounts, gifting against segments or named targets) with tight Sales alignment.
Strong analytical chops; fluent in data and funnel math, and cohort analysis.
Familiarity with networking/security concepts (VPNs, SD-WAN, encryption, IoT/IIoT) or the ability to learn quickly on technical topics.
Solid experience in enterprise-centric targeting/conversion.
Excellent cross-functional communication, both written and verbal.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and potentially internationally on a periodic basis.
BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced marketing environment, creating, progressing, and maintaining growth is a strong plus.
SEO/SEM hands-on management and page optimization is a plus.
Knowledge of additional languages (ex. Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Korean) are also a plus.
