Drive revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process
Collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand needs, present solutions, and demonstrate product value
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions
Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness
Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback and stay updated on releases
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and engage with potential customers
Requirements
Japanese speaker – a must.
Japan-based or Japan-surrounding countries - a must.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must
Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information security industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
