About the role
- Lead end-to-end technology partnerships to enable enterprises across industries to apply GenAI technologies to real-world business
- Provide advanced technology reviews and customized solutions to local customers and partners based on deep understanding of Upstage’s GenAI offerings
- Collaborate with global product and sales teams, local partners and enterprise customers to identify technical requirements and project opportunities
- Design and develop prototypes for demos and PoCs based on real use cases (productization review)
- Technical requirements analysis and solution consulting for local clients
- Hands-on collaboration for technical integration and performance optimization with partner systems
- Write technical documentation, develop training materials, and conduct technical workshops for customers and partners
- Analyze and internally disseminate the latest technology trends related to GenAI and cloud

- 実際のユースケースに基づいたデモ及びPoC用プロトタイプの設計や開発を行う

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, AI, Engineering, etc. or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with projects in major cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Open to working with diverse teams and learning quickly
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Experience in product architecture design and technical consulting for enterprise customers (preferred)
- Experience in designing and building GenAI-based architecture (preferred)
- Experience using major machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch (preferred)
- Experience in writing technical documentation and conducting presentations to clients (preferred)
