Engineering Manager

• Work with a team of talented engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features that support Zero Hash’s business
• Partner closely with product and program managers to ensure the tokenization roadmap is well understood and the team is able to plan and execute on expected outcomes
• Work with the team on technical planning to ensure that product requirements—such as smart contract logic and asset lifecycle management—are captured in the technical solution
• Partner with other Engineering Managers to drive the broader technical roadmap forward

• Oversee the success of your team's projects and achieve quantifiable results regarding asset issuance and throughput
• Introduce industry-leading engineering patterns and practices that give us the confidence to do bold things in the RWA space
• Make consistent development contributions so as to maintain competency with our codebase and system architecture

Engineering Manager, Tokenisation

Security Engineer

• Support the CISO in developing and executing a company-wide physical security strategy that aligns with corporate goals, ensuring consistency across all locations.
• Advise executive leadership on physical security matters, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executives, site leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve compliance and enhance employee experience.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance security policies to address evolving risks, especially those specific to financial services.
• Oversee daily security operations across multiple US corporate offices, including guard services, access control, CCTV/alarm monitoring, and vendor management.
• Lead regional security and safety audits, vulnerability assessments, and follow-up remediation activities.
• Manage contracts, budgets, vendor performance, and security system operations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans for incidents affecting facilities and personnel.
• Serve as a primary responder for physical security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and reporting.
• Maintain readiness for emergency procedures, drills, and continuity of operations.
• Partner with law enforcement, emergency services, and local agencies to support investigations and coordinated responses.
• Create and deliver training programs in emergency response, incident management, and security awareness.
• Provide security support for corporate events, projects, and office buildouts. Oversee safety and security planning for high-profile events. Perform in-depth risk assessments for upcoming travel and events.

Communications

• Lead and execute zerohash’s earned media strategy across financial/business, fintech, crypto, and technology publications
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Adapt messaging and storytelling based on audience, outlet, and market context
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key reporters, editors, and producers
• Drive proactive pitching tied to product launches, partnerships, data reports, and major market moments
• Secure executive interviews, thought leadership placements, speaking opportunities, and awards
• Shape and refine the corporate narrative across announcements and partner communications
• Partner closely with CMO, Product, and Relationship Management on joint announcements and positioning

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.

• Implement zerohash’s KYB/KYC Client Onboarding, KYC Refresh, High Risk Customer and Client Reviews, and zerohash audits

• Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs, product gaps, and client feedback
• Build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to improve the efficiency of the support process and monitor API health
