Drive sales pipeline growth within zerohash’s payments division, targeting corporate clients, banks, and large financial institutions.
Source, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities, with specific focus on zerohash’s stablecoin, on-chain payments, on/off ramps and API-based solutions.
Collaborate with senior sales managers to strategize and execute account plans and deal pitches.
Assist with RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Conduct industry and competitor research to stay informed on evolving payments and digital-asset markets.
Foster strong relationships with clients, compliance, product, and solutions teams to coordinate end-to-end implementation.
Support sales campaigns and client outreach initiatives; through conference attendance, partner events, and thought leadership content.
Stay abreast of regulatory developments, payment protocols, and tokenization trends to inform sales conversations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial institution payments role, sales position, with a payments service provider or equivalent.
Demonstrate understanding of traditional payments mechanisms (e.g., ACH, wire, global clearing) and crypto-native constructs (stablecoins, on-chain transfers).
Proficiency in sales process discipline, CRM tools, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Exceptional time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, tailored to executive and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and operating with a sense of ownership.
Base level of understanding of institutional banking and crypto-asset ecosystems.
