About the role

  • Build and own the full-funnel growth strategy: from awareness to activation to retention, building the playbook to reach the millions of pregnant women in the US each year
  • Drive consumer acquisition across all paid and organic channels (search, social, SEO, email, influencer/affiliate, etc.)
  • Own and optimize growth strategy and budget allocation across approaches, balancing near-term needs with longer term priorities
  • Plan and run growth experiments — from influencer outreach to giveaways to paid ads and beyond
  • Own content planning and creation for organic and paid campaigns, defining how we build and nurture long-term relationships with users across touchpoints

Requirements

  • You've successfully scaled a consumer product at an early-stage startup and are excited by this stage of growth
  • You’ve built and managed paid marketing budgets with strong ROI; you have strong creative instincts and are eager to plan/execute creative (not just placement/bid strategy)
  • You’re comfortable using data and analytical tools to inform decision making
  • You have exceptional communication skills and get-things-done instincts
  • You bring the ability to work independently and execute with velocity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • You’re comfortable wearing many hats, learning new tools or approaches, and diving into both tactical and strategic work with excitement
  • You have prior experience in a startup, early-stage, or a high-growth business during a period of rapid growth
