Analyze and optimize end-to-end record-to-report and source-to-pay finance value streams to align technology with business objectives.
Act as the functional lead and central point of contact on assigned projects and enhancements.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and translate into actionable technical specifications.
Facilitate communication and alignment between finance teams and technical resources during implementations.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews) and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline requirements gathering and documentation and improve productivity.
Define acceptance criteria, develop test plans, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support change management initiatives: guide business partners through changes, assist in training and user support, and capture post-implementation feedback.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably focused on finance value streams and SaaS applications.
Strong familiarity with ERP solutions and transformations, including accounting/back-office applications (record-to-report and source-to-pay).
Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, Coupa, Brex, Blackline, Celigo, Cforia (examples of key SaaS technology experience desired).
Practical experience applying agile methodologies and participating in agile ceremonies.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and specifications.
Proficiency in Jira or similar project management and issue-tracking software.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (sprint reviews with stakeholders).

Must be physically located in and plan to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra, India.
