Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery
Ensure that product roadmaps are aligned with market demand, business priorities, and resource availability
Reviews market research and competitive analysis to better align overall product strategy to trends, opportunities, and threats
Reviews customer feedback, usage data, and other relevant information to inform product strategy decisions
Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management methodologies
Review product performance data using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and adjust product strategy as needed
Prepare and deliver reports on product performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to senior management and key stakeholders
Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous product improvement
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 12 –15 + years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and managing a diverse product portfolio
Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in using product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
