Champion Collaboration – Build support for strategic opportunities, proposals, and initiatives.
Actively contribute to the growth of the Business Unit and Practice Area through cross-functional engagement and shared ownership.
Own Risk Management – Proactively manage strategic, financial, and operational risks across all responsibilities.
Integrate quality assurance, project oversight, and client satisfaction into a unified risk mitigation approach.
Deliver Projects – Lead or support project execution through analysis, deliverable creation, and performance reporting.
Communicate progress clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
Requirements
At least ten (10) years of experience in management consulting or technology consulting.
At least five (5) years of experience developing, bidding, and winning public sector management consulting or technology services engagements.
At least five (5) years of experience providing any of the following state and local government services: planning, procurement, project management, quality assurance (QA) or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), solution implementation, or system integration.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects with fiscal year revenues exceeding $1M.
Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a team of people.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
