- Payment Innovation business solution research, design, and development
- Conceptualizing innovative payment solutions for healthcare providers
- Performs complex market and competitive analysis
- Engages provider technical and clinical teams and other cross-functional teams
- Creates Value Based Payment concepts
- Writes High Level Business Requirements documents
- Creates business case and ROI analysis
- Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs
- Leads special projects/initiatives
Requirements
- Requires BA/BS in business or related field
- 7 years of experience in healthcare systems
- 5 years of experience in a strategy role
- MBA, MPH, or similar Master's degree in Healthcare or Economics preferred
- Previous experience leading design and execution of Value Based Payment Models strongly preferred
- Prior Payer experience
