• Build and coordinate outbound shipment loads to optimize transportation efficiency, inventory flow, and customer service.

Logistics Load Builder

Director

• responsible for leading and optimizing all transportation, logistics, scheduling, and distribution activities across multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers
• provides strategic leadership to a team of three Regional Logistics Managers
• accountable for delivering best-in-class performance in the areas of cost, service, safety, and shipment execution
• work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer commitments are achieved
• drive continuous improvement initiatives, network optimization, carrier strategy, and operational excellence across the organization
• creation and maintenance of all departmental reporting including freight budgets, monthly and quarterly KPIs, carrier performance scorecards, as well as ad hoc reporting/analysis
• develop reports for other Logistics Managers to facilitate constant access to freight costs and KPIs
• coordinate with Logistics Managers and Director to ensure all carrier strategies are executed at the Logistics Dispatcher level
• ensure carrier compliance with all customer service requirements as well as standardizing all internal operating procedures
• lead all new acquisition integration for Logistics including integration of carriers to Zekelman standards, contracts, rate negotiations, as well as employee and carrier training for all systems
• travel within the US and Canada will be required as needed.

Senior Director, Logistics

Account Executive

• Performs technical sales and market development activities with contractors, engineering firms, designers, specifiers, and end users to increase product awareness and demand.
• Conducts in-person customer visits, jobsite consultations, technical presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and design-stage meetings.
• Gathers market intelligence, monitors competitive activity, and communicates project developments to support business strategy.
• Educates contractors, engineers, and fire protection professionals on product availability, technical capabilities, applicable codes, standards, and installation best practices.
• Identifies upcoming projects and influences specifications to secure Wheatland product approval and specification.
• Tracks projects throughout the design, bidding, and installation lifecycle to maintain specification continuity and customer engagement.

Civil Engineer

• Develop and execute the company’s modular construction, engineering, design-build, and project delivery strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for architectural design, engineering, preconstruction, and construction operations
• Drive innovation and operational excellence through integrated design-build and modular construction methodologies
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, schedule performance, and profitability across projects and processes
• Partner closely with executive leadership to support operational planning, strategic initiatives, and business growth
• Lead the architectural and engineering design process for modular construction projects from conceptualization through construction administration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions that optimize functionality, constructability, sustainability, manufacturing integration, and schedule performance
